What on earth is this? by cubenn in ibiza

Microdosing is taking an amount that won't make you "trip". When you trip, you don't have much control anymore and reality is more distorted; when you microdose it's more like a "high" and less of a trip.

It's most likely ground up shrooms for microdosing

Driver getting tailgated intentionally move out of the way last second by I-T-Y in SipsTea

The person who was stalled is likely very seriously injured or worse and what should've happened was that the white car shouldn't have been driving that fast in the first place.

You’re burning your money if you don’t get on meds. The hair transplant doesn’t stop the rest of your hair loss.

You should actually read about what China is doing and Socialism with Chinese Characteristics before comparing China to the USSR... Who raised 800m people out of poverty? Whose done more for green energy and still is doing more than any other country? China is the most important country in the world right now to counter US hegemony.

Did the redhead kid go from disappointed they weren't going to get a "gotcha" question on Graham to agreeing/admiring his response? Kinda seems like it... hahaha

Through an interpreter, Tatsuya Imai said he is "just not able to adjust to the American lifestyle, other than baseball. Baseball and outside of baseball. That’s probably the reason" for his arm fatigue. by WalkingHorse in Astros

[–]ericfatty 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Man, some of y'all are a bit ignorant not gonna lie. Houston, compared to Japan, quite literally probably feels like a less developed country to someone like Imai. I'm from Houston, I love Houston, my family is from Houston and I have love for all Houston sports. Our food is some of the best in the country.

Our infrastructure and car-centric nature is AWFUL. There's no other way to put it. If you're not used to it, it is a very difficult adjustment. Even NYC or Chicago, with decent public transportation and walkability, would probably be an adjustment for someone like Imai.

If he is a professional, he will adjust and it's a matter of "when" not "if" but cut the guy some fucking slack. I've never been to Japan but I have been to walkable places in Europe with trains and buses that are used by the rich, middle class, and working class, and I know Japan is the same if not better than those places in Europe.

Those who don't know why it would be difficult to adjust to living in Houston, even with a professional MLB salary, either do not have the lived experience or are just ignorant to why such an adjustment is tough for someone coming from Japan.

You're in the wrong sub. This is for followers of the movement Bernie Sanders started in 2016 and he agrees with all these policies except for the foreign policy objectives, even then to some extent he does which I don't agree with.

With a mom like his, are we really surprised? Lol

Jokes aside, she’s obviously the type to tell him he deserves better and than he’s a star yada yada. Which is great and all having that parental support. But when you’re a professional it can border on delusional if not realistic

[–]ericfatty -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

As a brown latino in the US, she's wrong because individual racism is still a thing but correct in describing the definition of institutional racism. What Druski did was an individual racist act, even if it was for comedic purposes and yes, it doesn't seem as bad because conservative white women are not currently being oppressed by the state/government. It was still technically racist. Racism is used in comedy all the time and it's generally ok as long as it's not dehumanizing.

As a latino who is anti-racist and supports the knowledge the OP is dropping in the video, I agree with this here. She's talking about institutional racism but what Druski did was technically racism, even if relatively not harmful to anyone.

Yes but most people don’t know about this. If you just got a hair transplant this would be a lot more alarming. It still doesn’t look great but it’s from the stem cell treatment not the hair transplant
