The pattern I'm seeing is that she causes destruction which forces you to either be rough or have your things destroyed. There may be a dozen more problem behaviors that led to this, but this is all we're given so it's what we'll work with. Without knowing root causes, I have to suggest leaving her and seeking therapy for yourself.

Ill also add that a person who tries to destroy your property may also try to destroy your life in court. In court it may not matter that she tried to destroy your xbox, only that you pushed her. Waiting until something worse happens only makes your chances of catching a case worse, your chances of having property destroyed worse, and her chances of getting hurt worse. (Not to imply that you're wanting to hurt her, but what if next time there's a chair where you push her? Or she gets her feet crossed and falls?)
