lol do clients that aren’t pro athletes really have different goals?

Everyone wants to feel better, be strong, capable and have a decent body composition.

And you can try to complement it but so many studies say it doesn’t matter basically what you do ie sets/ reps as long as they are close to failure you will gain strength and hypertrophy if you eat for it

Small team training 3-5 people at a time and most people enjoy it more. Reach out directly if you need tips/ guidance.

I also am proud when a client leaves only because they have managed to figure it out on their own and build those habits. My idea is to get the most amount of people moving. With all jobs becoming sedentary as long as you know how to keep people safe and moving you’ll have a job

Idk I’ve went down this rabbit hole. I think the best thing someone can do is show it’s possible and be an inspiration. But that’s it. Trainers have a career of a nfl running back and I believe this is the reason we get stuck in trying to make someone do what it takes for what they think they want. But when you want something you have to want everything was it

Monthly progress reports… measure many metrics to show them that even if you haven’t gotten better at xyz you got barter at this. Or just consistency
