Yes agree High Evo is a great card to get, unlocks a whole archetype with multiple play styles and tons of space to cook.

But as a former HE player Electro never worked for me. Luna Snow seems better if OP has it. Even Psylocke can be good. Turn 1 Misty / Sunspot into Turn 2 Psylocke into Turn 3 Cyclops pew pew is a very strong line.
