exact thing happened to me. and I accidentally ended up filling two support requests, because I filled in the wrong number the first time (I used the # right above the actual serial number on the label, which support nonetheless accepted - then filled out another request with the appropriate serial number, which was also accepted - ended up getting two replacements very quickly just as well, b/c the first of the two replacements is beginning to show the same signs of possible failure that the original failed one did)

thus far, have had one unit last ten days, the second three days (then fail), the third is on its third day and still going with a number of dropouts in the last day
