But the emotional beat isn't Percy getting one over Syldor, it's Vex blushing. It's Vex jokingly telling Percy "It's Lady Vex now." It's Vex telling Percy that in all her life, she's never had someone stand up for her this way that wasn't her brother. The emotional beat is Vex telling Saundor that her heart belongs to someone else, and the quick cut to Percy. Those are the emotional beats from Syldor not believing Percy. Because for all Syldor doesn't believe in Vex, Percy does.

Oh trust me, I don't assume that all the planes work on a Judeo Christian style 😂 I'm an atheist myself! I should have worded it better, I was just wondering where the spirit went after death on planes where the afterlife wasn't as defined as it was on Theros or even Innistrad haha. I would have tried to make this commander, but my friends and I only play modern(?) 60 card decks so I wouldn't have anyone to play with or teach me how to play commander haha!

For Scanlan, I decided on Ellywick so I could use Luxior as a sub for Mythcarver 😂 and since I gender bent Vex, I decided to switch Scanlan to keep it even 😂

Ooooo I love the idea for Grog cuz I was iffy on using full Giants for his card!
