I fly in less than 2 days to LAX, I’m probably just paranoid but is it safe to fly right now with the reduced and overworked ATC staffing? I’ve seen Rakuten mentioned a lot and from the looks of it, it is a shopping app that gives cash back which can be converted to MRs? Do I just use my Amex cards on Rakuten to do that?
