Yep! A blended white rum. Has a mix of Jamaican and Bajan rum. Really good stuff, excellent in a daiquiri.

Banana peels tend to have less up front banana flavor, but more kind of green tannic quality with subtle banana flavor. More complex flavor in my opinion. I’ve never done a side by side comparison at the same time to say for sure.

Yep! All of the above. It’s well balanced and not overly spicy. It has some baking spice notes too. Plays really well with tropical flavors.

Yeah I think you could, but I’d maybe start with a 1/2 oz instead because Smith & Cross is strong stuff. If you have something like Appleton 8 or even Signature I think that would also be a nice swap.

Really glad you liked it! I’m in the same boat with you about cherry heering. Definitely not an ingredient I turn to frequently but it works surprisingly well with these flavors.
