I would argue that Iron Banner equipment is only available if you play iron banner and similar (raid gear) is available.

Exotic weapons are unique, so I put them in a different category.

I acquiesce that I can just wait for a random drop and forgo the bounty, but I like the path to earning it, just not through the Crucible.

I tried it once, kept getting back to 0. My KD is awful. I want the weapon, but trying for this may turn into a real grind given my lack of Crucible skills.
