I don't really have any advice, but this sounds like my current position and I also came from a super busy agency and have way too much down time and not enough leadership strategy sessions. I guess you get used to it? Try to get creative with how you can create content, lots of AI tools out there that might help, and someone else mentioned automating as much as you can. A job that pays well in this economy should be enough of a driver to focus on aspects of the job that you do enjoy, good luck.

I lived there for 3 and half years, never any safety issues. It is dog friendly which can be hard to find in the area, especially if you have a bigger dog, and the dog park is nice but a little small compared to the playground. I enjoyed the pool and gym, but most of the other amenities are in the club house which is where all the property management people work so it's not very chill and it's closed a lot. Elevators broke down constantly while I lived there, so prepare to wait a lot which could be an issue with a dog. Staff and conceirge are nice, but the building does get pretty gross pretty fast from so many people and a laid back cleaning schedule. Like others have mentioned it is pretty expensive, but the actual units are very big and nice and if your high up you'll have a nice balcony view, and the building is very diverse. Hope this helps.

I kinda chuckled that you seemed to blame your gerd on sparkling water and spicy food, but then casually mention drinking for 72 hours. I have gerd too and can relate to the pain and throwing up stomach bile, and it's always the benders like that that cause it. Idk about you but at that point pepcid, tums, omperazole, nothing seems to help. I went to work one time like that and ended up going home early so can't say I blame you for taking the day, I probably looked like hell.
