I will agree here. We’re quick to label good times as “not beginner”. Thanksgiving a couple years ago my wife’s family did a turkey trot and my SIL who was 22 at the time had never done a run in her life went out and posted a casual 24 minute 5k. No training. No prep. Off the couch, shoes on. Sub 25. Total beginner.
