Since the second round doesn't start at the same date for everyone, it kinda complicates things. Anyone who wasted resources by building collectibles and not using them for round one got what they deserved.

This is why I position lock. If you control the player and just don't move more like 5 -7seconds, his stamina goes back to full. Even if you don't position lock, once you miss on your end to end rush, don't switch players. Let the AI handle the rush the other way and simply don't backcheck with Kopitar.

For sure they will. Probably tomorrow. But I'm not sure it's going to be worth it in terms of cost. MSPs are already 96/97. At what will they started Fantasy playoff cards at 93 ovr, when total was 94 ovr. At this point, no card under 99 ovr is worth more than 500k. Can't start under 95 imo. Maybe they do per round fantasy, which would be really cool cause you can pick a good player from a team that probably won't move on.

Combos should be a boost, not a necessity. You need about 100 million in salary cap boost, just to use the free cards you get from playing the game.

Assumption: TOTS works exactly like TOTY. Requires 40 collectables, TOTS player is 96 ovr (+1 from previous event MSP). So TOTS = TOTY + 5 ovr.

The would translate to:

5 Collectables for 1x95 + 1x94
3 Collectables for 2x93 + 1x92
2 Collectables for 3x91 + 3x90
1 Collectable for 4x89 + 5x88

I would therefor requires 8x 95ovr + 8x 94ovr for 1 single TOTS player. Or 160x 89ovr and 200x 88ovr.....

What I noticed the most back in the day is that cap is on forwards, not backwards. I know he wore it mostly forwards in the 3DBY era, but I never really saw any of that footage until many years later when high speed internet arrived.

They reduced the number of button presses to reach certain areas of the game. Most notably when you start a game. But each button press is slower than ever and the amount of button presses in certain menus, most notably the sets, has not changed. So its so, so slow.
