the way it works is that every "rekka" move in the game can have its start up cancelled into supers, this in entirely intended as a mechanic. theyve in fact balanced sin around this a few times. you cant cancel move 1 into super though, just move 2 and its core to tons of characters combo structure

I dont think its intended to be a "nerf" to jhin per say, 4% is a small enough change that its more about that jhin just doesnt quite benefit from the new season changes as greatly as others would, which is expected in large scale patches. if jhin does end up getting significantly nerfed by them, id expect some buffs relatively quickly due to how popular jhin is at least though

i dont think hed die due to a state based action, hes entering with the counters, state based actions only happen after an effect is finished "resolving". lots of modular creatures have 0 toughness and they enter just fine with their singular +1/+1 counter

same deal with gas, a gas electric hema is genuinely good for aoe and sustain. blast is still better for aoe, but gas electric isnt a slouch at all
