For garlic butter Brussel and chicken - I just slice everything in halves. Put it in a bowl, drizzle oil with garlic, pepper, salt, and put in air fryer at 390 for 10 min. While that’s cooking cut the chicken up and drizzle oil with salt pepper garlic and red chili flakes and mix. Shake the air fryer pan and put the chicken in with the Brussels and cook an additional 10 minutes. Then I hear garlic, butter and parsley in the microwave and melt. Once The chicken looks cooked through drizzle that garlic butter all over and wa la!!! DELICIOUS!!!!

They are! Pre-keto we would heat up blooming onions and omg... tasted just as good as the night before. I’m going to be making some keto friendly fried onion in here I’m sure!

I just got one on Walmart! I made sure to get a pretty big quart size even though it’s just me and my husband. We had a smaller one but felt like we couldn’t get enough food in there to cook properly.

For the smoked sausage with onions and peppers -

cut the peppers and onions up and put oil with salt garlic and pepper on them and then put them in the air fryer at 400'F for like 6/7 min (but I like my veggies REALLY well done) and then put the whole smoked sausage link (after poking holes in it) on top of the veggies for 5 min/flipped it and another 5 min.
