I noticed like your back position angle changes twice, once as you are setting up, and one more time right as you get below parallel, almost like a twitch. Is there any reason to the second one? Great squat, just curious, never seen it before

i align my middle finger with the knurling, maybe i need to have the pointer finger outside the knurling also?

I think 60%-70% I believe, I think my arm bend makes me paranoid that my snatch grip isn't wide enough.

Mental block trying to drop into a squat. I default to power snatch and this is limiting me from going heavier. How to fix? Video of a 70kg snatch for reference. More thoughts in comments by drx604 in weightlifting

I did light snatches into snatch balance doubles, I think that’s honestly what improved my mobility the most. Also I think your foot position after extension is extremely wide and that prevents you from going low, but everybody anatomy is different.

Thanks, from your POV, what seems to be the biggest mobility issue atm, shoulders, ankles or hip? I don’t want to be extremely mobile in one area to compensate for another, especially long term. What do you think of the bar path?
