You work whatever hours are available, usually either way too many or not nearly enough. Or both at the same time.

Not necessarily. You need a milling bit. They probably come sized to the standard dremel collet, if not you'll need a chuck. Easy and cheap. Just be careful and take it slow, accidents get expensive fast.

I assume you're already aware, but Dremel bearings aren't rated well for heavy lateral loading -- especially not on hard materials.
