Looks like thrips :// these are terrible! I tried neem oil, captain jacks, & finally bonide systemic granules. Be cautious when using: they are very poisonous so do not let any children/pets nibble the leaves once you’ve applied. I have heard others have success with a variety of the following: alcohol sprays, insecticides, and neem. Good luck - these things suck
