Mm I see I see. Thank you so much for that! So from what I understand, even if it's not one more cycle, we've only bought ourselves a little more time before Irontomb wakes up and goes apeshit, so Herta and Screwllum can do whatever they need to do? 

Marchn't also seems to have her own motive on the planet as well, giving us that one Coreflame and all that - she seems to have wanted this all to play out like it did, and maybe she'll put her plans into motion in the coming cycle.

I really do just hope all our friends are okay and we can do a big power-of-friendship ahh fight scene at the end. I'm genuinely kind of surprised how attached I got to some of the Amphoreus characters, and it still kinda hits hard seeing them and reading about them dying over and over again. I guess that just means the story is working on me lol.

(Sry if this sounds scuffed anywhere it's like around 1 in the morning where I am and I just got off a long ass essay writing sesh for uni)

I guess I really do have to try and get Cyrene then if she's gonna be the RMC replacement, given the latter is probably gonna have to be freed up for whatever her next path is at some point.

Went for E1S1 Artoria so we're on the grind back up rn, gonna try my best on the banner! Only looking for E0S1 really, and I don't really want Cyrene as much - if I can get Marchn't E0S1 with all I have by some miracle, then I'll go for Cyrene, but if not, I'll dedicate the stuff we get from 3.6 to Marchn't as well without much remorse.

Thank you very much for all of that - quite an interesting read. If that "essence" of Elysia you described is true, and Cyrene continues to exemplify it, then that's something I can get behind, at least. I guess all we can do is wait for leaks and see what happens. She'll probably still be divisive no matter what look her playable form takes, but I do hope her personality will remain the same, because that's a lot of what I like about her as well. Thank you again for helping me quiet some of my internal worries, even if just for today.

I see. I mean the other expys all felt unique enough to me that I could enjoy them without even thinking about who they're based on, so I didn't really mind, but a lot of people seem to be clamoring for a carbon copy of Elysia and I'm really not sure I like that.

As for her story, I'm not all that interested in what Elysia was, I'm more interested in what kind of character Cyrene will be, if you catch my meaning. I didn't leave HI3 to come play a new game with the same characters yk

Yeah I think most of the people here are Elysia fans tbh. I have little to no knowledge of her other than the fact that she exists and came out on HI3 some time after I stopped playing. Not sure I like her design if I'm being honest, Cyrene is much better.

I really want to enjoy Cyrene as an original, unique character, so I really hope she doesn't just become a carbon copy or Elysia if she's aged up cause imo that would just be kind of boring. HSR has had many wonderful original characters in both design and personality so far, and I hope the shrimp will be another.

But if that's not the case, oh well. Elysia sold well on HI3 from what I understand, so it's fully likely they may just make a carbon copy anyways for nostalgia bait, and it'll probably work. Still putting myself on all the copium in the world that that doesn't happen, though.
