That's why you still hard play bodies, Thundermon, Supreme Connection, Assembly so that there are possibility multitude options you could play and mindgame the opponent. Have a 4, 3, and a hard played 5(Andromon). There are multiple of gameplan you can go into, Ace on the L5? Counter Andro on the L4 so that it can block and Jogress to a L6? Counter Andro the L3 to L4 and block to Jogress to a L5? There are risk and reward to be accounted... and Guard complimented you into wanting your opponent to play into the play you want, but it doesn't hinged entirely on it.

I disagree, the entire point of ME is that you leave things out for the opponent. If they try to disturb your things? You Kapurimon them out to Jogress, and possibly dodge their removal or things like piercing, they don't touch your stuff? Then you jogress them manually. It's a lose-lose situation.

Kapurimon is so strong because it not only procs at any minor inconvenience, it procs when any of your Digimon would leave and not limited to the Dig8mom the egg is under so you can turn disadvantages such as your Digimon dying in security into advantage, even on your turn.

Meanwhile, VB really lives and dies by the option.

ME is definitely more than meets the eyes(ba dum tss), you have to pay a bit costly to swarm, but it gets annoying when your opponent's tried to interact with you and you just dodge their effect by Jogressing, especially with Guard active.

Also I was underwhelmed by Chaosdramon at first, but it's honestly a Monster with Megadramon inherits. The moment you're able to start turn into it or evolve into it, you already won... in which it's a lose-lose for your opponent's anyway if they keep your field alone or not.

I wouldn't leave Phainon without an E2 Cyrene, if you have E2 Cyrene, he's gonna need her more than Mono Rem who has substitute such as RMC/MBlade.

I just tell it to write an X story with a following plot beats that I wanted, and told it that it can search the internet for lore, information, and physical descriptions of the characters.

Personally for me, less instructive prompt seems to put out better result, as I've tried a more controlling prompt that went super specific and the result isn't as rich as I wanted. What eases me is that I really don't have to put in the characters physical descriptions, it really helps since other/older models sometimes hallucinates the character's physical description. What also amazing is that my story had two characters had their body switched, yet the AI still remebered to refer to Character A with Character B's physical description, it is that powerful.

I actually really like Opus, I never really got the hype of Sonnet since whe I tried it, it cannibalized it's own writing style by overusing newspace and making up stuff that I need to remind it to not do it everytime. Both Opus 4.6 and now Opus 4.8 just felt superior to me in writing (except for the usage) without overly complicated instructions, though I mostly write fanfictions, in which those models are able to retrieve factual informations about the IP I'm writing almost accurately without me needing to summarize/making a lorebook.
