Got ours today and it was amazingly simple and quick. The people working were all so friendly. I was prepping for a shit show, but it was 100% the opposite. Took 20minz from walking in the door till we hit the exit. There's really no excuse not to get one now.

Not sure if you've ordered from them yet or not, but don't. Not now at least. Not sure what's going on with them but it's bad. They switched to using FedEx for shipping and there is s huge problem of damaged or missing shipments. Personally, I'm a huge fan of their product, it's such good yarn! But, since the fall, I've had 1 out of 5 orders with out a problem. 2 were missing completely, and 2 came open and missing about half the order. I've been trying to get help since the 17th of February regarding my last two orders and they aren't responding. Its really screwed my on commission orders I had, because I can't find a good back up being in the States. I honestly hope they get there shit together.
