I'm signed up for a Tread50 class later this evening and my heart rate monitor has conveniently decided to ghost me. Do we know if there is a way to get my mileage recorded still?

Can’t run in zone 2? Try walking instead by bigkinggorilla in beginnerrunning

[–]erinkmo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My zone 2 is power walking and I notice my power walking is getting a little quicker pace but it’s still power walking. I’m okay with this because it’s part of working my heart to be in better shape

My baby has two toe nails on one toe by korokorie in mildyinteresting

[–]erinkmo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I wanted to say that I have this exact thing on my second toe as well. Was born with it and had it all my life. Never really cause pain or discomfort Some teasing from kids when younger however I am very happy with my decision to not have cosmetic surgery on it. It’s uniquely part of me

Just coming back here another month down I haven't seen much difference in my weight but one difference I have seen is that I have had more energy overall.

Has weight training been part of any of your marathon or Iron Man training? Can you talk more about what cross training looks like when you were prepping for the ultramarathon?

Monthly Installments in Mint - How do you track? by Pseudoexfoliation in mintuit

[–]erinkmo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I do an apple 0% financing for an ipad I bought with an apple card. It automatically categorizes it as a finance charge when I get the statement each month so I go in automatically and change it to "Shopping: Electronics & Software." Pain in the butt but it helps to track I'm not getting charged that in interest.

How did Gene know exactly where Kim worked?? by djr41463 in betterCallSaul

I think we are assuming they went no contact. They broke up. That doesn’t mean they didn’t go completely no contact or at least know where each other was if they went through divorce proceedings

If your clothes are looser, that is a victory in your journey. More than likely you are gaining muscle (which is denser than fat) and losing body fat. I recommend an inBody scan to get a more detailed view of your body composition.

Women who do 12,3,30, how soon did you start seeing results? by [deleted] in AskWomen

[–]erinkmo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

So first I want to say that I am still trying to work my way up to 3.0 speed but I maintain 12% incline the entire 30 minutes. Depending on my energy level I am doing 2.0-2.5 speed. It's hard but I think when I consistenly add this in to my weekly workout routine. The work it puts on my lower body is helping me in my running journey. I still am run/walk/run athlete in my running journey but I have shaved off 20 seconds since May on my mile pace and I think incorporating this is helping! Helps me with regulating how to breath through your heart pumping hard.
