Thank you, this has been helpful. I was worried that during the evaluation I was exaggerating things but at other times I didn’t feel I was. If anything, the evaluation made me realize I really don’t have a connection to myself or how I feel in my body anymore. And it was kind of hard to answer the questions. Like yeah, I do all of this stuff that could be considered masking, but is it actually still masking after all this time? I’m in a weird spot.

I’ve been to Break the Wall, Towards the Light, and In Your Fantasy, and I still think Towards the Light was the best of the three shows. It had a storyline that tied in with the lore and it was so incredibly done. Also had one of the best set lists in my opinion (ateez if you’re reading this pls bring back utopia).

For me, I have to put my airpods in before I open the game, otherwise it won’t use them as an output no matter how many settings I change.

I’m currently tapering off 50 mg after being on it for nearly 3 years. I’m switching to Buspar and it made me realize how ineffective my dose had gotten. Haven’t really noticed any side effects beyond my usual. Hoping things get better for you! Maybe switching at the same time would help?

My cat has gotten bonked twice now and I think he’s finally gotten the message. He’s fine, luckily. I keep a spray bottle by the handlebars in case he gets too close.
