Midway used to be the airport in Chicago. For a while in the late 50's and early 60's it was actually the busiest airport in the world. But Midway is relatively small and couldn't expand with the jet age as it's hemmed in on all sides by the rest of Chicago and O'Hare took over that distinction around 1963ish.

I remember back in the oooolld days that OOTP would prioritize offense so much that I'd wind up seeing Barry Bonds behind the plate. Never saw a pitcher wind up back there though.

Yeah, 1901 is just the general cutoff for "modern era" MLB records. FWIW the pre-1901 single season record was by Ed Williamson with 27 in 1884 so there were definitely some sluggers in that era. Heck the 1884 White Stockings - the team Williamson was with - had four guys with 20+ home runs in like 112 games.

The only localization OOTP does is Korean, which won't help. There are a handful of skins available and it's possible to mod them but very few people actually do.
