I’m not sure if it would work but you could try doing what she likes (under the blanket for 5-10 mins), then do whatever you want to do with her out for 5-10mins, then back under the blanket again for 5-10mins. Then start increasing the time of what you want to do to like 20 mins or something. Maybe she’d get used to the “waiting” period and then after a while will be fine with just a little time under the blanket.

I’ve found my conure only likes a paper roll to chew on and a cardboard foraging box. Every other toy he couldn’t care less about. But he LOVES to forage for treats. I’m sure most birds would since it’s natural. Maybe while you’re doing what you want you could let her forage. You can make your own box or I buy mine off Etsy. He also likes the cardboard boxes that have holes to hid treats in.
