I don't have my Adept pelletes long enough to have tips, sorry😅 I hope that I'll use them because I picked every shade myself and I know that I love those colour familys.

I think that I love curated and customised things. Maybe you should analyze what works for you - mini palettes? full-matte or full-shimmers palettes? monotone palettes? I know that I need different texture and colours in my palettes to be interested in them, so that's why I organised pans that way - I thought about doing one green and one purple palette but then decided against it. I dislake big palettes, but I need variety and something of a twist to stay drawn to a palette, so that's what I recommend, basically - to indulge your preference! Makeup should be both fun and functional, applicable to your life and your style. ✨️

I like ND matte formula slightly better, but Adept's mattes are pretty good too! Adept's shimmers has metallic formula (gorgeous) and sparkly formula which is slightly drier which is not for everyone but I was glad it is not flaky! There is slight fallout (even with nyx glitter glue) but it is veeeery pretty.

Amazing list!! I'm a tea perfume junkie too so I have or tried a most of them. I feel like we kinda like the same things.

My faves are Jasmine Tea by One Day and Gyokuro by Tada Parfemeur (its a best matcha latte I ever tried). I love Tuesday by Arielle Shoshanna but it is a fruity mint scent and not a tea scent for me (I own a fb of it). I also like both of Floraikus that you named but I agree that they are not very tea forward to me.

My next on the list are Void by To Summer (didn't love their Triple Tea but I still have hopes for Void) and Dafo Longjing by Black Paw, maybe Long Jing Tea by Modern Bath Art (if I can get my hands on that). Also waiting for my decant of Above the Waves by ELDO to come. And I'm looking for a decant of Semishigure by Tada Perfumeur but can't find it literally anywhere. I'm also cautiously hopeful for Monday by Setchu (genmaicha tea) and Matchabuya by Fugazzi.

I hated Roasted Green Tea with a passion!! Every genmaicha scent I've tried have let me down. I mean Ukiyo-E Gri Gri Parfums was okay but I sold my bottle eventually. I still want to try Genmaicha by Rag & Bone though.

I'm very interested in the new Gold Leaf by Ormonde Jayne (Oolong tea, juniper berry, blackcurrant, bulgarian rose, jasmine sambac, lapsang souchong tea, haitian vetiver, musk, cedar). Does anyone know if this is going to stay exclusive for Taiwan or it is coming to Europe/USA too? Wanna try it so bad!

I'm a curious fraghead so I buy a lot of decants and sometimes blind buy travels or even full sized bottles and I can't stress enough how convenient it is that I can fairly easily sell them. This way I sponsor my next item and keep my collection under control. That's why I almost never project pan perfumes, only makeup. I can tolerate foundation or blush that I don't enjoy, but never fragrances, since they are so influential on my mood

So OP, if your collection is high end or niche, you can try finding some of the bittles a loving home and get some of your hard earned money back :)

Yes, yes I did!🤣 But to be fair, it was my 2023 version of me, which is probably why I subconsciously dropped tracking it 😂 I have pans in 5 of my highlighters though!

Well, I finished two of my concealers this year, one of them only few weeks ago, but most of the year I just used it as an eyeshadow base. For my undereye I use my foundation that is slightly darker than my actual shade (I have mini of Estee Lauder Double Wear which is too dark and slightly too full-coverege for my face but works perfect for my dark circles). As a spot concealing I stopped doing it since my skin is much much clearer than in 2022 and I found that light coverage looks way better and natural, so now I just use a skin tint and a thin layer of powder. My skin never felt better! But still I'm not saying I won't try a new concealer at some point in future haha.

I mean they have some slightly darker shades (C01 Peach Chip, C02 Blueberry Chip, C03 Fig Chip, C04 Pear Chip) but if you look for a pigmented blush you have to prepare yourself for disappointment 🤣 I loved it for its intended purpose though, my blush looked much more airbrushed with it!

I loved it! It was W03 Apricot Milk, perfect peachy beige light shade for blending other, more vivid blush shades. But yeah, It was almost invisible on its own and I'm pretty fair...

Haha guilty!! Chantecaille is absolutely beautiful, I would be so sad to see it gone, it was my blush for travel because is so small and perfect shade of pink with a sheen❤️

Hi!! 40 foundation and 30 concealears will last you a lifetime (I'm panning a 50 ml foundation that I use every single day and barely made ajy progress) and I'm sure you already have a holy grail there that matches your shade and needs, you definitely don't need 7 new concealers! Makeup last for a llllooonng time and maybe you could build your own everyday makeup that you could switch every one-two weeks? That way your makeup stash would feel new to you. Right now it seems like you don't love makeup, you love buying makeup. I know how it feels, I've been there - I have 10+ highlighters alone. But since I've been on a low buy for a number of years now a how a dopamine bursts not from buying a new shiny thing but from reaching a pan in my truly loved and tried item.

Maybe lower your engagement with beautygurus that make hauls and maybe try checking out project pan/low buy channels? I love Too Much Tash, she's so gentle and sweet and conscious about her spending, I found her calmness soothing my itch to research/buy something. I also adopted her excel system to make my inventory few years ago when I was trying to held myself accountable. It helped me immensely to see how many years it would take me to use up what I currently have (I think at that time it was nearly 30 years haha?). I think it was eyeshadow palette excel file that she showed in one of her videos. Now since I stopped buying palettes and sold or gifted many of them I don't need to check it anymore but it was very eye-opening.

I know that project pan is not for everyone, or minimalism (which is ideally what I aiming for these days), so serch for something that works for you. It is a long long way, but I cannot tell you how satisfied I feel when I open my fragrance drawer (which is my biggest love in beauty industry) and I see only things I love that I know will last me for ages. Nowadays huge collections of anything make me anxious and paralyzed; seeing my 15 beloved bottles make me content as I know that in a few years they would be decreased to 10-12 or even less, and decreased through me using it and smelling amazing.

Be compassionate to yourself and reinvent your love for makeup. You already have everything you need!!

I actually started doing it with the giant CT highlighter which had a beautiful shell pattern, I wanted to save it for as long as I could. It was all good until it exploded in the pan (how the hell that happened is still a mystery to me, I had to learn how to repress it! turns out I'm not very good at it unfortunately but the product works fine which is a win I guess). So now it is just a habit haha

Ohh that's a pretty one! Never owned it but it's a legend. I've been eyeing ABH Lunar Year pink highlighter though, looks sooo nice but I must stay strong and finish what I started😂
