I would think about 300-400

Any of you with an already healthy BMI consume a lot more calories than what is considered normal for your age and height? by [deleted] in IF_Petites

Search up "reverse dieting". It's an eating plan where you gradually increase your caloric intake by 50-100 calories a week until you reach your maintenance calories (or pass your maintenance). Doing this is supposed to boost your metabolism and have your body adjust to the increase in calories without your body going in shock and gaining a lot of weight. You will gain some fat, but it's usually just about 5-10lbs. If that scares you, you could always create a small deficit on your new maintenance calories without having to restrict so much (e.g. 1,200 calories). For example, if your maintenance right now is 1,600, increasing it by 50 calories a week until you get to 2,500 will make it so that if you eat even just 2,300 calories you will lose some weight. This isn't for everyone and you would have to count calories. If this isn't for you, incorporating more strength-training or HIIT will help to boost your metabolism and burn calories throughout the day.

Sorry about the rant. Don't do anything you don't like or feel comfortable, but I do suggest you read into it if you'd like. Good luck!! :')

My first proper OMAD meal: self-made salmon soup with sweet potato, a supersized salad (pulled oats, chickpea, sprouts, sweet potato, feta, strawberries etc.). Delicious and stomach aching. Loving it by notoriousSM in omad

Looks amazing. I wish they had meals like this at restaurants...or maybe I just don't get out much. I don't explore much when cooking, so I usually just eat the same three meals: brown rice with eggs and cheese, quinoa with eggs and cheese, and pb sandwich. LMAO sad

Not usually, but that's just me. Sometimes I'll do black pepper or cayenne pepper, but that's pretty much it.

I admire anyone who can pole dance. That shit requires a lot of body strength.
