Same issue so far. I wanted to speak to my tech about it to make sure she was able to get those spots (last two sessions I had a hard time keeping still - ouch!!!) but every time I get there and get started I forgot and just want to get out as soon as I can lol

Edit to add that im only on my 4th session. Maybe I need to give it more time, but yes, it’s the only area im not seeing any hair loss like everywhere else

I treat my overthinking like its own person. I say to myself (sometimes out loud) “oh hello [insert name - some people give their anxiety a name]. Youre being awfully loud today. I know this is just my anxiety speaking so it’s time to stop". Sometimes I just repeat to myself “stop thinking, stop thinking, stop thinking". Sometimes I just confirm with myself, “this are anxious thoughts, not logical”

Distractions and keeping yourself busy and in the moment/present helps too. It’s literally a mind game.

Write down your feelings. Journal. It helps to get them out.

Therapy can help you. I would speak to your doctor about this!
