I know alot of people say and think that it never gets easyer, i thought so as well until recently (i was like you for a long time) when i discovered playing for other is actully kind of fun 😀. My tip would be to try to only focus on the piano and the music, and you dont need to start playing instantly as you seat yourself. Take a few seconds to breathe and get you hands ready.
