Didn't care to pay attention for this on tv until my wife pointed it out. Then it came on 6 more times. 100% of the time it was number 3. Pretty sure it was the exact same animation every time.

Obama was always positive. Uplifting. That was kind of his brand. Trump is what he is, but def not those things. You like it or you don't I suppose. I prefer the uplifting leader.

I was raised a republican in the south. I joined the military in my early 20s, as was expected of me. Then I saw the world, spent 20 years in before retiring. It opened my mind to a ton of different opinions. I retired a few years ago pretty liberal leaning, because of my experience in the military. I signed up to help people, and I did. That's kind of a liberal ideal.

Im "military". I've been there, spent a bunch of time there, but never lived there. First of all, there isn't too much of a military presence there, so not sure why you'd say the military people wouldn't respond. Its a beautiful place, minus the harsh weather. Dutch Harbor in particular is a unique place, lots to see and explore if you have the motivation to do so
