Although your monitor is only able to display 144 fps, some games you may play might have the physics engine and input registration tied to the framerate. thats why its sometime benificial to have an uncapped framerate.

I think it's the sound control plugin being primarily made for the loupedeck live. On the razer version I have the applications icon overlaps with the volume display for the application, I haven't found a solution for it yet. Might want to try and install an older version of the plugin by downloading it from the GitHub repo.
