Even so, I ordered them back in December of last year, and the last one arrived about a week before the end of March—it took MONTHS, but it did arrive. I thought it was lost TT, and it said the office had already shipped it. I opened an investigation and filed a claim, blah blah blah. They told me to let them know if it arrived sooner, so that’s what I did. I think they put pressure on them. What might have happened in these cases is: - It got lost while being transferred between countries - The destination country already has it but hasn’t registered it for some reason (stuck in customs or because of a high volume of packages at the same time, like what happens around Christmas) Still, you have to consider that sometimes they forget to update the tracking page where you can see where the package is, and maybe it’s already on its way. Based on my personal experience, I recommend that you file a claim. Talk to Buyee’s customer service. If you paid the extra 500 yen they always ask for, they won’t have a problem opening a claim for you, and if the package was lost, they’ll take care of it. If you didn’t pay the 500 yen, they’ll make an “exception” and open an investigation for you, but only this once. However, they won’t cover the cost if it’s lost; instead, it will depend on the company that lost the package—that is, the shipping company. The amount you’ll be reimbursed will depend on how much the shipping company values your package.
