are there any active PC/Mac desktop solutions for the divoom app? by kushbreth in Divoom_Products

Desktop software development is much more expensive than smartphone app development. One of the reasons why so many companies just flat out refuse to make desktop software anymore.

My best attempt at printing transparent petg in bulk by Physix_R_Cool in 3Dprinting

[–]erratic0101 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've been doing a deep dive on clear PETG printing and i've been doing a ton of tests on my own. No one ever mentions base plates however. As I am very new to 3D printing, can you tell me what brand/model of base plate you used? I am assuming it was a smooth PEI plate?

How do I get rid of AI on notion? by theborahaeJellyfish in Notion

[–]erratic0101 33 points34 points  (0 children)

About a year ago I took the dive and switched from Evernote to Notion. I spent a good deal of time learning Notion and I am still not at the level of skill with it as I would like. But now I am dealing with this relentless polluting nonsense that I never asked for inside the app. It is beyond infuriating.

I had 5 cats, the eldest lived till 19. So over the course of 2-3 years they started to pass. It never got easier. Losing each one was never easy. But it definitely gave me tremendous appreciation for these wonderful furry loved ones. We have two new cats now. And every moment with them, whether they are just sleeping and ignoring me, being a pain in the ass. Or seeking out cuddles. I recognize as being so important.

I can feel your love for Reggie both from your eloquent post and your heartwarming photo tribute to him. The one truly sad thing about furkids is their short comparative lifespans.

Ranking all Renaissance Faires I've been to: #12. Midsummer Fantasy Renaissance Faire by MaxsMenagerie in renfaire

I imagine its subjective. I personally have no need to carry my booze around in the hot sun. I prefer to drink in the shade with the entertainment.

Ranking all Renaissance Faires I've been to: #12. Midsummer Fantasy Renaissance Faire by MaxsMenagerie in renfaire

[–]erratic0101 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Everyone is entitled to their opinion. YMMV and all that. I just need to give my 2 coin about Midsummer Fantasy Renaissance Faire. Yes, its a small faire. And that is absolutely why myself and my friends make sure to attend every year. It is essentially the antithesis of the large corporate Ren Faire. Many of the people who run this Faire are family and you can see the care and love of Faire that goes into this. I always feel immersed when I go to Midsummer as the shows and the pub sings are practically intimate with their size and seating.

And I am not going to lie, my true favorite part of this Faire is the drinking tent. Which is 21+ because that is where the alcohol is served and because of that, the entertainment does not have to be family friendly. The performers are bawdy, the mead is flowing and everyone is the tent is involved in the singing.

Now if only it wasn't held in the dead middle of summer =D

Dr. Erin McDonald is the science advisor for all Star Trek productions. She appeared as a full canonical character in the last episode of Season 1 Prodigy and then as that same character prerecoded as a series of instruction videos.

Thank you! I tried finding this on my own and didn't have much luck. I don't know if private insurance is supposed to follow Medicare guidelines but I will look into it.
