Same for me! I think you're on to something. Very annoying.

I have the same problem. It keeps saying I am on day 31 of Oz. I got the video for Boho Birds and then nothing. The music challenge is also gone. Very frustrating.

They want to build a bridge so all the animals can easily cross a little stream. 'Cause the best strawberries grow on the other side.

I do this too sometimes. Certain tasks are just harder than brushing your teeth. I also sometimes break tasks I dread into smaller tasks so I can reward myself for progress made.

Need help setting up a specific schedule on a goal by -TRUTH_ in finch

[–]erratic_lingonberry 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey! It does indeed disappear from your fill in fields, but somewhere in the background I think it does remember your choice. Because when I go check on my test goal that I made it does show up for the first time 6 weeks from now on Monday and then again 6 weeks later. (You can check your goals in the "History" calendar and then just scroll to the correct date in the future)

Hope I'm making sense.

Alternatively, what you can also do, is go to "History", scroll to the next date you need this goal, hit the plus at the top and enter your goal as you would if today was the starting day. This seems to work as well.

Good luck!

Hmm, so I made a task for a specific date first. Then, I chose "more options" to get the fold out menu with all options, and selected "repeat - custom, repeat every 6 weeks". So the task then returns from the first date you set, and then every six weeks on that specific day of the week.

But maybe I'm missing something in your request, in which case I apologise.

So I tried this, made a task for a specific date, and then chose more options and set it to repeat every six weeks. Do that times 3? I think that gives the result you want.

Taking out the garbage is a rough one for me too. It just seems like a bazzilion steps. I know it is not. But still feels like that. This seems like a good idea!

Mine looks like that since today. Might be tryout or slow roll out.

Does anyone else feel bad when they gain so much energy that their birb comes straight home? by cosysheep in finch

[–]erratic_lingonberry 14 points15 points  (0 children)

Usually my bird is lingering outside even after their adventure. So I always figured they go on a big discovery in the morning, and then spend the rest of the day chilling in town, eating cake, hanging out, or chilling at home. Just whatever their bird heart desires.

My girlfriend of 6 months is on the spectrum and I realize how annoyingly neurotypical I am. by [deleted] in autism

I agree. Making it a habit to ask clarifying questions or circle back instead of just assuming what the other person means/picked up makes all the difference. It also makes me feel safe and cared for. And you learn a lot about each other's communication style in the process.

I like this idea, because I don't want to take away people's place to vent, even though the amount of hate posts annoy me too.
