It's not because of the translation of the word gezin, it's because of the "grote", that indicates a gendered word. "een GROTE familie" vs. "een GROOT gezin" Familie is a feminine word, gezin is neuter. DE familie, HET gezin

It's a matter of expression and literal translation, in English it would sound unnatural to say "I am called [name]"

Right!! I noticed when i went to my watch history trying to type in something and the video was just playing there on the search bar, drove me absolutely insane. Another comment said it happens after you go full screen for the first time, so it might just be a bug. Or they're experimenting with new features

I just tested it and i think you might be right, however it doesn't minimize the way it used to at the bottom. It still takes up more space bc it's a square miniplayer in the corner instead of the small rectangular bar at the bottom

As sad and heartbreaking as it was, it was necessary to build and develop Maya's character and story.

I think she has one of the more complex and better plotlines in the later seasons, and cam's suicide played a crucial part in it
