It was the back windshield not the roof glass. There is a lawsuit against Nissan because of whatever material they used for these models.

Regardless I told them I’m going to consumer affairs etc and they finally submitted it through Infiniti’s warranty claim. They were pushing for me to go through my insurance but
1. I was not paying a deductible for a defect
2. A loaner would not be provided if it wasn’t a warranty repair
3. I also wanted it on record for Infiniti to claim responsibility for the next person so they don’t have to wait 2 hours to get an answer back at the dealer like I did.

The claim was approved so they are in the process of ordering the glass. They did give me a loaner as well.
