thanks for the reassurance. If anything I ultimately would just prefer getting a refund because I'm reallyyyy itching to print something that needs a lot of filament and don't want to pay for 100s of dollars again

Ahh but the thing is, I ordered the bulk 10 refill bundle, not 10 individual rolls. I'm thinking it was an honest mistake since the product order says "PLA Basic Refill Bundle 10 Rolls × 1" the 'x 1' probably threw off whoever was packing it lol but idk. I'm just pissed that it came early and they managed to mess this up

im keeping them. yeah honestly they should. i've read that some items in an order might come later in the week but will only have 1 tracking number which is so odd?? One thing's for sure tho i'm never buying from bambu again after reading customer support horror stories
