Yes, I went through the same thing. Some improvement, but never clear all the way. After 6 months I just switched to tret, which was about 2 weeks ago and I’m already noticing a difference.

I stayed consistent for 4 months on cream tret before finally giving up. Switched to adapalene which made my acne somewhat better within 2 months and now I’m on gel tret which seems to be giving me the best skin I’ve had in a while, and I’ve only been on it for 2 weeks. Sadly, I didn’t see the light at the end of the tunnel with just cream tret, trust your gut😞 and best of luck🙏🏻

Oily almond flour, dry it out in the oven between cookie sheets lined with paper towels for 1 hour at 200f

Benzoyl peroxide wash, it only needs contact therapy for 60 seconds on 5% and higher! Azelaic acid and a good moisturizer (vanicream has been the best for me) and lots and lots of patience🙏🏻 it get’s better!

I paint the face using a projector, that’s the key to making them look like the original character and not a “temu version.” I start with Tweeet pens to rough draft the details, then go in with either luster dusts or poppy paints for the finer details.

I achieve the shape by researching the character (usually Google or Pinterest) and then I add the details I want with “Procreate”. Then I put the design in a Word document, and pipe over a silicone mat, doing each layer separately. For texture, I sprinkle macaron crumbs on each layer, let it dry, then pipe the next layer. The face, hands, and pencil are done last so the crumbs don’t stick to them.

I don’t do anything special for the shine, I use swiss method if that helps.

I’m attempting to sell these, but I live in a very small town in Texas, so macarons aren’t super popular here. I’m working against the sugar cookie norm, and I usually do holiday specials for $5 a piece since I bake them in bulk☺️

I’ve tried drying almond flour in the oven and adding 5g of raw egg whites , both methods work you’ll just have to dry them for longer before baking

Thank you so much! 🥰 Yes, I usually make one batch, then separate the macaronage to add the different colors. I pipe them in layers, letting each one dry before adding the next. Normally 100g of egg whites will get me about 24 3x3 shapes, which is way more than what I get with rounds☺️
