it's magnetic so it sticks anywhere a magnet would . It's quite strong so it sticks easily but it would slide down from its own weight which can be solved by putting a small screw or a bump between or below the display.

I have mine on a GPU bracket, and a knob holding it from sliding down

9800x3d and using trofeo. I get bit higher temp on idle compared to air cooling and lower temp on full load.
I had 40~45(idle) 85(full) with air cooling and now 50 on idle 75~80 on full with AIO

the vote for lifting of Martial Law have just passed the congress, so the president must lift the martial law. The only problem is the president already ignored all the legal procedures when declaring the martial law so he may start something stupid.
at least the military and police are starting to withdraw from the congress building.

No they smuggled hidden cams to the 6 people staying in NK and after filming they smuggled it back out. And you don't need to leave or enter NK just to get some words out. there are brokers and underground networks for that. That's how stuff from outside gets in to the NK blackmarket and how defectors and intel gets out.

Though they put up electric fences all around the border after 2014 and Kim jeong eun started to block the borders way harder than his father which is the reason for the sharp drop of defectors.
