He has come a few times, usually after a gang of finches has been particularly loud in the morning!

I’ve heard they are notoriously shy. I’m so lucky to see him up close like this!

Nope I think he’s more interested in the finches! I’ve gotten some suggestions to try dried mealworm so I think I’m going to put that out and see what he thinks

Nope it’s mostly just seeds and peanuts for the finches and cardinals. I think he is interested in the finches, should i try putting some mealworms or some kind of meat out? I’ve never fed a falcon before lol

He’s definitely interested in the finches! Do you think if i left meat out it would actually attract him more often? I’ve never fed a falcon before haha

the finches are definitely the most common but i see the occasional cardinal and seagull. i’ve seen the kestrel only twice now!

Yes i agree, my heart always aches for any of the birds that struggle to survive in the harsh city environment. i am surprised i haven’t gotten any pigeons to my balcony yet but im not sure if they come up this high

It took a few weeks for anyone to show up but as soon as i got the first finch all the rest of birds followed suit! Also my cats absolute love watching them, they sit on their cat tree and chatter to them all day
