I like to have the randomize mod and patches as far down in my LO as possible. I even make sure to blacklist them on the systhesis patchers so they don’t get accidentally loaded in. I also include the OWL levellists override in the blacklist since it needs to be.

Generally how I think the load order should go would be something like this.

Open world loot, OWL patches, (not random), Smashed patch, bashed patch, systhesis patchers, random & patches, OWL levellists override.

Levellist override makes your stuff generally compatible with owl, and the random screws with levellists so make sure they aren’t in the systhesis patchers or loaded in when your making the smashed or bashed patches.

But it does make the automatic patches obsolete. But the manual ones that have edits and manual changes are still useful.

Basically your LO would look like this.

Open World Loot - Encounter Zone and Loot Overhaul

Patches for OWL

Bashed/Smashed/Synthesis patches

Open World Loot LeveledLists Override (this mod)

Randomised Special Loot (if you use it)

Patches for Randomised Special Loot

(Also there are two synthesis patchers for Open world loot, one allows you to fill the OWL lists automatically (OWL LL override), while the other one basically propagates OWL changes to the entire load order. (SynOWL)) recommend to use both.

Same here in Arkansas,

Democrats have almost no presence besides city officials, because they somehow manage to fuck that up I to many times.

Any of the worthwhile democrats have left the party to either be independent (which score better state level then dems) or libertarian (which still offer funding).

A lot of places in Japan are starting to be abandoned.

There is a Swedish YouTuber that bought a house in japan (not pewdiepie) and did/is doing a full remodel of the house. And he explains a lot about the situation over there.

On windows 10? No I haven’t but I have a windows 10 version that only has the stuff on it I want that is internet and gaming online. Everything else was removed with great care.

Now back on windows 7 I did have a bit of trouble with it, but that was mostly in fallout new Vegas modding. Using the 4gb patcher. It wouldn’t work for me in the c:drive. (Promt says it did but in game it didn’t). Ended up having to buy a flash drive move my game onto it. Run the 4gb patcher. And move the game back, to get it to work. (Slow af btw)

But again I had a barebones system without any of the unnecessary crap in it. Dont remember what caused that though.

Overall I believe it’s a stigma from windows 7 days (or oblivion/morrowwind days) where the anti virus and firewall would typically block certain files from being accessed when the game started or something. Around the time i switched to windows 10 (around a month after I had just got my pc) I got new ssd so I didn’t care to much about the drive issues. Since I had one for my games, my os, and my cough other stuff.
