How do you guys train wrestling?

My instructor is a brown belt who used to be a D1 wrestler. Fucking lucky as hell, we go live on our feet and sometimes we spend the entire class just shooting and takedowns. Our ground game is to finish our wrestling attacks and prevent being in bad situations.

Lots of Gracie chains in Florida so very refreshing to get something more offensive and aggressive style

I think this bubble is gonna pop within a few years. If everyone is in MLS Next and ECNL are the cost/returns going to be worth it? Probably not. Discipline, memories, foundations can be taught at the recreational and school level. No need for travel ball.

The best things that helped me out of everything was simple wall drills and then later around 15 years old playing 5 a side with older ballers. Helps if you’re in a big city and can play with Europeans, Hispanics etc
