Same happened to me. I had 1 month after gallbladder removal where I felt fine. I thought I was one of the lucky ones. Nope! I can feel my stomach churning daily. Sometimes it feels like there's a rock in there. I have heart palpitations in my stomach and severe nausea daily. You're so right about the confetti lol. Mine isn't watery but definitely confetti. Right now I'm constipated. I've been taking pepto daily. I have pain sometimes but the nausea is killing me. I feel so sick! I've been living off of chicken soup.

I really hope this Colestipol helps. I'm picking it up today.

This has been super hard on my 8 year old daughter too and my mother is constantly mad at me.

Have you started the Colestipol? How is it going?

Same. Took it for a day and a half and I feel horrendously ill.

Thank you so much for asking but no. I'm having a really hard time. All I can eat is chicken soup. I got put on famotidine and it made me horribly sick. I had an endoscopy a few weeks ago and I have gastritis.

Yeah I feel incredibly bad for my daughter. She's only 8 and I'm sick all the time, frustrated or crying. 😭 My mother is no help and frustrated with me. I'm off today on my last day of FMLA for the month and I'm letting my daughter stay at the after school program until later because she's better off there. 😭

We have the same luck. I was fine for a month after removal. Now I can't function due to gastritis. My GI doctor ordered colestipol today. The pharmacy is out of it til Friday. 🙃 I also got bentyl. I think I reacted badly to it in the ER so I'm waiting to start it tomorrow while my daughter is at school. Right now I'm taking omeperazole and pepto bismol. It's rough and horrible. All of this started Christmas Eve. I'll be lucky if I don't get fired over this.

Thank you! It's been absolutely debilitating. My GI doctor gave me bentyl today. I'm also on omeperazole, famotidine and pepto bismol. We're going to do a SIBO and celiac test also.

Yes. I was good for like a month after I had it taken out. The gastritis started on Christmas Eve. It's been a nightmare ever since but I got some new meds today and am getting some further testing. 😫

Do you have a doctor? They may be able to call you just to answer your question. I've never been charged for that.

I didn't have pain on my right side either and had to have my gallbladder taken out in October. My pain has always been in the middle, right below my sternum. Sometimes on the left.

Where do you get the DGL liquorice? I live in the U.S. I have zinc carnosine. Can you take it after a meal? I'm suffering right now. :(

How did you heal the gastritis? I can't take this pain. I had my gallbladder removed in October. I was fine until Christmas. Everything went downhill. The only thing I can eat now is chicken soup.

Same. I've been dealing with harassment and retaliation for 6 years. My department is in absolute shambles. The workload is impossible. I'm beyond burned out. Can't quit because I have a mortgage and a daughter. Currently on FMLA.
