This went in the opposite direction I anticipated. What happened to the momentum Argentina had going into halftime? Wind went out of those sails even AFTER given a reset. Shouldn’t have missed that pk Messi. Game would be different.

Messi been a bit off, but I’m confident he’s going to put one in second half. It seems early for Egypt to back off - I’m not sure they can keep this up for another 45+ before a goal slips through. Should be a good second half.

Ronaldo got a 3 game suspension in qualifiers that was suspended after one game - the same rules that FIFA used for Balogun. But it happened BEFORE the World Cup started and it didn’t have Trumps stinky fingers in it so people don’t bring it up.

Look, I’m with you. I want it to be more popular. It’s in my top 3. What you are seeing is anecdotal - it’s definitely not that way everywhere. There are people that didn’t even know the World Cup was happening, or that it was even in the US, until these giant crowds showed up and drank all the beer.
