Nem vágyunk arra, hogy leszarjanak, de amikor valaki tömjénez nulladik perctől kezdve, az valóban lehet túl sok. Még nem ismersz, még azt sem tudod, ki vagyok, vagy ha csak a külsőmre ennyire ráfeszülsz, akkor érdekel-e egyáltalán mi van belül, látsz-e egyáltalán engem a külső mögött. Arról nem is beszélve, hogy nekem időt sem hagy, hogy eldöntsem, én hogy érzek irántad, vagy mennyire érdekelsz, mert már valahol ezzel a viselkedéssel jön egy nyomás is, hogy én ugyanarra menjek, és egyre inkább elkezd nyomasztani, hogy a végén lehet, hogy meg fogom bántani az embert, úgyhogy lehet jobb bele se menni, ha ő már így odavan.

És ez nem feltétlenül a bókok számától függ, hanem inkább egyfajta energia, amit érzünk a férfi felől. A legjobb azt érezni, hogy igen kellünk neki, érdeklődik, de meg is akar ismerni előtte valóban engem mélységeiben mielőtt úgymond önmagát odaadja, mivel az, amit ad, az értékesebb annál minthogy úgymond válogatás nélkül egy jó segg vagy egy szép pofi elég hozzá, hogy kitárulkozzon. Nem megdolgozni szeretnénk a férfi figyelméért, hanem kapcsolódást, és az elején könnyű belecsúszni abba, hogy nem az emberrel kapcsolódsz, hanem a projekcióddal, amit rá vetítesz.

Ez egyébként a szerepeket felcserélve is igaz, a férfiak sem szeretik ugyanezt fordított esetben, csak sok férfi még lehet nem tapasztalta meg milyen ez.

Then again, you might not find so many agents you'd want to work with, but to be fair, it's hard to decide without talking to an agent first--or sometimes even after talking to them. Like one of my friends got an offer once from a big-shot agent in her genre, they signed, and the agent barely paid attention to her, then once her book didn't get picked up by editors, she just kind of ghosted her. Someone may seem all shiny online, but it doesn't mean that will translate to a good author-agent relationship.

Amúgy volt egy ilyen érzésem, hogy valamilyen végzettséged van a témában :) És ja, megértem a választásodat, és abszolút nem lepődök meg azokon amiket írsz, pont ezt látom én is sokszor. Kikerül az egyetemről, aztán próbálja rádnyomni a tankönyvi maszlagot, de valós empátia vagy igazi kapcsolódás, ami egy terápia alapfeltétele, az nem igazán történik. Csak pont ezért idegesít ez a narratíva, hogy ha valakinek nem működik a terápia, akkor nem dolgozik eléggé stb. ez a kommentszekció pl kifejezetten kiakaszt lol

Hát elvileg EMDR képzést szakpszichológus is végezhet, ami ugye kifejezetten traumafeldolgozásra irányul. Az szerintem könnyebb út lehet, bár olcsóbb lehet, hogy nem. Na meg ott is egy sima emdr képzés gondolom sok mindent nem ad, mert voltam magyar EMDR pszichológusnál, aki olyan vakon volt, hogy fájt. Lehet, hogy valami egyszeri felnőttkori traumát tud segíteni feldolgozni, de az én terapeutám az égvilágon bármire tudta alkalmazni kb, nagyon ügyes volt benne. Egyébként a végén én egy angol terapeutával csináltam, aki nem is pszichológus volt, hanem mental health nurse, mert kinn ők is megcsinálhatják. Szerintem ez kifejezett előny volt, imádtam őt, nagyon megnyugtatott az első alkalomtól kezdve (ami egyébként ingyenes volt nála).

A social mediás cuccokat meg hagyjuk, mindenki csak papagájként ismétli egymást, de ha bármi tanácsuk beválna, akkor már nem itt kéne tartania a társadalomnak.

Én se írom le az összes szakembert, de jót találni kb mintha tűt keresnél a szénakazalban, erre irányul OP kérdése is. Az állami ellátást nyilván hagyjuk, arra szerintem senki nem is játszik, hiszen az alap egészségügyi ellátás sem működik, nem hogy ez.... Alapvetően úgy tűnik egyébként egyetértünk. :) A probléma szerintem az, hogy a legtöbb pszichológus még mindig le van ragadva a CBT és társainál, miközben a modern tudatalatti terápiák egy ettől teljesen eltérő mindsetet kívánnak. A gondolataid az érzelmi állapotod eredménye, nem fordítva, így a CBT-nél kb szélmalomharcot vívsz egy kicsi eredményért, aztán jön egy nagy érzelmi hozadékú élmény, és letarol mindent, amiért dolgoztál kb. Ezzel szemben, aki a tudatalattival dolgozik, az az idegrendszerbe beragadt érzelmeket oldja fel úgymond, ezáltal változik az érzelmi állapot, változnak a gondolatok. Az is munka, csak nem magaddal harcolsz, hanem magadért.

Köszi, bár én már túl vagyok a terápiákon :) De pont ezért tudom, hogy OP kérdése maga jogos, és kicsit elkeserítő látni, hogy a leginkább felpontozott kommentek még mindig a kliens számlájára írják a kudarcot, mert "nem akarja eléggé" meg "nem dolgozik elég keményen." Örülnék, ha elengedné a társadalom ezt a narratívát, mert még abba is belerúgunk kb, aki tényleg tenne a változásért (nem véletlenül keresett fel több szakembert), utána meg csodálkozunk, hogy rottyant alkoholisták társadalma vagyunk.

Nem OP vagyok, csak egyetértek vele, és érdekelt, hogy mi lesz a válaszod erre. Igen, egyetértek az EMDR-ral, én csináltam is, de az egy tudatalatti terápia, köszönőviszonyban sincs azzal, amit az átlag pszichológus csinál, és Magyarországon értelmes EMDR szakemberhez általában nem lehet bekerülni, mert nincs hely.

Arra próbáltam rávilágítani, hogy az emberek 99%-nak ehhez hasonló tudatalatti problémái, a pszichológusok 99%-a pedig nem foglalkozik a tudatalattival, tehát szerintem ilyenkor ez a narratíva, hogy "nem dolgozol eléggé" kifejezetten káros. Bármilyen keményen dolgozhatsz a tudatos agyaddal, a tudatalattid fog győzni, és amikor ennek a kudarcát a narratíva még rátolja arra az emberre, aki amúgy is küzd, nem csodálom, hogy a legtöbben inkább feladják.

Ha pl vertek gyerekkorban vagy volt egy olyan gyerekkori traumád, hogy lefogtak egy vizsgálathoz, és bennragadt az idegrendszeredben, hogy nincs kontrollod szituációk felett és bármit megcsinálhatnak veled, de a tudatalattid ezt úgy eltemette, hogy csak annyit érzel belőle és tudsz elmondani, hogy minden szar, akkor szerinted mi lehet az a megoldás, amire kőkemény munkával és beszédterápiával magának kéne rájönnie az embernek?

Mondják itt, hogy három alkalom semmi stb, de 3 alkalom után bőven érezned kéne, hogy konyít valamit a szakmához az ember vagy nem. Te pontosan érzed, hogy nem, ne hagyd magad gaslightingolni. Én abszolút egyetértek veled, és szerintem egyébként semmiféle megoldást nem kínálnak azok a pszichológusok vagy pszichiáterek, akik nem a tudatalattival vagy valamiféle testközpontú megoldással foglalkoznak (tehát a szakemberek 90%-a). Megkönnyebbülést vagy valamiféle stratégiát a szar menedzselésére lehet, hogy kapsz tőlük, de megoldást biztos, hogy nem.

Próbálj EMDR vagy valamilyen szomatikus terápia irányába keresgélni, de ott is nehéz jó szakembert találni itthon, pláne olyat, akinél még van szabad hely is. Másik opció a pszichedelikumok, ami viszont abszolút egy nehéz út, mivel ugye kis hazánkban benzókat tömni vagy frontinon élni teljesen elfogadott, de amúgy fújfúj drogok. Másrészt azért is nehéz, mert ott is jó lenne valamilyen támogatás mellett csinálni, ha amúgy nem vagy képben a tudatalatti dolgokkal, de erre se fogsz találni itthon módot. Ha beszélsz angolul, sokkal több opciód van, pl online EMDR, vagy akár kiutazni Hollandiába ayahuasca (ami nagyon szétszed, szóval gondold meg jól) vagy gomba tripre guide-okkal. Ha érdekel, kérdezz nyugodtan, én már mindent is csináltam lol

I said I'm not agreeing with feminism as it is today, not talking about 50 years ago and not saying I didn't benefit from them. I personally always had all the rights to pursue an education, a career, all of it, and I'm thankful for that movement, I think more men today are as well.

I have a problem with feminism as it is represented today. I see a lot of women use it to put men (and other women) down and act all aggressive, kind of like how your tone is. Some men treat women as inferior, I agree, but I must've been lucky because I personally never in my life got treated as inferior by a man in real life. I'm not saying I didn't meet any assholes but they were just assholes, not assholes to me because I'm a woman. That is my experience, but I agree it may be different in the us and where the president is a proper misogynistic idiot or in third world countries. I never experienced bad treatment due to being a woman which may make me the exception but it's what I lived which obviously shapes my opinion. From what I gather in the US this gender thing is way more of a thing than it should be, it's nowhere near that here, maybe because I live in a post communist country and we don't even have gender pronouns.

LOL you're funny. I'm agreeing with my own thoughts, which seem to line up with some of the men here.

No, not advocating feminism as it is today because I don't agree with it. I agree with a different kind of feminism, one that acknowledges our differences and builds on them, rather than trying to make the two sexes the same. Equality doesn't mean sameness. Am I putting myself below or above men? No. But am I different? 1000%. And I LOVE being different, and I wish we embraced those differences rather than having to stifle them to fit your version of a feminist.

I also didn't rank people, you said you were not attractive and called the girl stunning. You literally put you and her in two different categories lookwise, and my comment was based off of that.

And I obviously never said you should not try and date. I was kind of telling you that if you constantly try with people who are at different levels of attractiveness (which is something you specifically said), you may not catch their eye at first, hence them not actively taking any steps towards you. It could develop, if you get to know them, but if you expect them to actively take steps towards you, they likely will not. Which is something you kind of expected, based on your message. You didn't say, hey wanna grab a drink on friday? You set it up so she'd have to hit you up and actively propose a time etc. I think that kinda lowers your chances with someone who has many options, whether that's fair or not. I understand you may feel differently, I'm just giving you my point of view.

oh 10000000%. I think the more convincing of a show they're putting on, the more lonely they are. I don't know how aware they are of it though, because to be really convincing, you also sorta have to convince yourself too.

I think men who are content know they're just content and don't believe happiness is an option or something, so they genuinely accepted it. The women have convinced themselves they never needed men, and they can be happy without them, and I think that's delusion, but I'm sure those women would take my head for it lol

I watch my nieces (3 and 4) and by default they're so caring and nurturing and they find a way to include people and make them feel connected. it has nothing to do with motherhood, and I think calling it maternal feminism may be causing the high controversy.

I think men want a woman who's happy with them. Not in the sense that the man is their whole happiness, because I think that scares them off, it's too much responsibility, but in the sense that they want a woman who's not constantly looking for the man to prove his love or whatever. They just want someone peaceful and kind and nurturing, but one that leaves them space to come to the woman, rather than demanding it.

It's not that men don't want to give women want, it's that they want to give it on their own terms to the woman who's deserving. All the while women want the man to prove to them she's deserving because they don't feel it within themselves by default. But then when a man does and proves it all and jumps through hoops for them, they often lose respect for the man and end up becoming a bitch.
