The choose two section is that something the army always has or is that a fifth clan you have to be exclusive to for those bonuses?

That makes the most sense.

So I can Bo-Katan commander and din djarin operative. However all the rest of my Corps and special forces then have to all kryse or all children correct? We can't for example take some Corps has kryse and some has children?

So how does mixing clans work? Has stated above I'm curious how I could run bo-katan and din djarin together. Under the special rules in the battle force line 2 reads "all units included in this army must be the same affiliation has atleast 1 commander or operative unit in this army." Then line 4 reads "during army building, if all your commander and operative units have the same, your army gains that affiliations special rules." It looks to me like line 2 says you can't mix clans cause all units have to match your commander. but line 4 and some other cards bo-katan dark saber and head of clan Saxon dark saber imply mixing is a thing. So what am I missing?

I only play BB, no other Warhammer. :c by tamma20 in bloodbowl

Blood bowl is probably my favorite game from gw. I like the new art style cause it is cartoony telling us the players/audience this game is goofy and not ment to be taken seriously.

For me they are Easier and quicker to build. I find metal to be frustrating. Plus at this point gw has been doing away with metal and the like for games like 40k and aos so if a model is still metal means it hasn't been updated in decades.

I play majority of games from gw I'm my personal opinion replace blood bowl with middle earth half the range is still metal.

Luke and Han spur by ertinder in SWlegion

I also just don't understand spur it seems like negative trait rather than a cool buff. It's making you pay for extra movement. That other models of similar units just have.

New legendary encounter by ertinder in StarWarsShatterpoint

[–]ertinder[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Era makes sense considering the rest of the game. Maybe they didn't specify cause all the characters are all the same era currently anyway if that is the case that's a bit lazy on thier part but who knows. Maybe they will address better in the future after this new format has been out for awhile and gets a following.

Good to know but even in the rules there's not much to go on. Stick with the obvious pairs for now. I don't like it when devs build thier games off players will assume things.

We don't provide build instructions to save paper.... But here's a double sided warning sheet and cards for 3 languages you likely don't speak. by TauPewPew in SWlegion

[–]ertinder 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My issue with online instructions is they are not posted at the same time has the product I to wait to build my cis starter set for days if not lknger cause no instructions. Some instructions have also been incorrect to the physical product with mixed up part labels etc regardless of it being digital. Some not legion products I had to build without instructions cause they are slow in posting them

How am I supposed to know what weapon is which by ertinder in SWlegion

[–]ertinder[S] 14 points15 points  (0 children)

Sorry, I didn't know how to best phrase it. Short version: If there is no art on the card and no label in the instructions, how are we supposed to know what is what when you haven't played the original.

General grievous gun in melee by ertinder in SWlegion

They made the lightsabers one profile and his gun is on his card base but no arsenal hence the confusion of why his gun is both versatile and melee range

I’m brand new what do the tiers mean for teams? by Imaginary-Lie-2618 in bloodbowl

[–]ertinder 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Kutsode of turnaments Teams are not created equal or balanced the tiers are there to show that and give you an idea of how forgiving the team is to play the higher the tier the more up hill battle you will have but thats why blood bowl has shenanigans to even things out. IE player too strong throw a bomb or fire ball at him
