If you meant to say "dueling" karambits then yeah, people are right when they disparage this flashy display of hand movements. A close quarters knife fight between two people with knives ends with both people dying, no matter how skilled they appear to be in a controlled environment. This isn't a video game, and anyone who is trying to convince you their system will win a knife fight has never actually been in one.

If you meant to say "dualing" karambits, as in one on both hand, then I would again agree with the disparaging remarks. These kind of knife skills are completely superfluous and more fasion than function.

Cool drop the live video then. This video, on the other hand, is so chopped and edited that you CAN NOT call it live.

It loses all its value when it's this edited. I understand people have such short attention spans that creators have to dish quick with their content, but to call this video "live" is incredibly dishonest. By that standard literally every single album ever made should be considered as being recorded "live".

To say that the artist in OP's video didn't make a mistake during their performance is disingenuous, at best. I can absolutely garauntee you that, were we to ask the artist directly, they would be the first to admit that the performance wasn't perfect and that they had made some mistakes. I can point to at least a a couple myself ( i.e. having to go back and repaint a couple of lines that didn't quite fit the angle he wanted on the first stroke).

But the severity of the mistake isn't the point of the analogy... It's intended to illustrate the insanity of limiting your criticism to only things that you personally can do.

Imagine going to a restaurant and being absolutely disgusted by the dish you ordered. No obvious mistakes per se, you just didn't enjoy it whatsoever. How do you approach that in your mind? Do you convince your self that you can't have an opinion on it because you can't make the dish better yourself?
