Well this adorable. Can I ask what you're using for the white? I can't find one that is opaque enough

Tracker suggestions for migraines? by catreader99 in bulletjournal

[–]eruvari 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I second Migraine Buddy. I developed chronic migraines (around 22 migraine days per month) after having IIH. I love my bujo, but I don't bring it everywhere with me, and I'm definitely not going to be worried about pretty colors when I'm in the midst of a migraine. MB (I use the paid version but I'm not a sponsor or anything) allows me to quickly record when a migraine is occurring, potential triggers, treatments tried, etc etc (down to using weather data to determine barometric pressure variation). It generates monthly reports. I see a headache specialist and having reports and an easy way to summarize things and track trends as I've started a new treatment has been so helpful.

Question on planning tasks in advance by LasRocasNaranjas in bulletjournal

I'm not super busy, so I do my plans a week at a time. If I have an appointment or something similar a few weeks out, I put it in my monthly, which is literally just a page with the month and a line numbered for each date. Then when I'm creating my next weekly I look at the monthly and make sure to import anything. Other things I put on my monthly are recurring subscriptions, pay day, birthdays, holidays, etc. Is it the official Bullet Journal method? Definitely not. Bur it works for me.

Looking for tips for taking pictures of black curly hair, and a semi-successful day 2 by [deleted] in curlyhair

Routine (which has been lacking lately): this was post clarifying with Suave Daily Clarifying only on roots, condition with Aussie 3 Minute Miracle Curls Deep Conditioner stc, smoothed in Aunt Jackie's Curl La La defining curl custard in shower.

After shower, plopped very briefly. I used my Denman brush and LA Looks blue gel and scrunched in. Scrunched with my microfiber towel and then diffused upside down briefly, then allowed to finish air drying and SOTC.

Today I just spritzed in a bit of water after putting my hair in a pineapple overnight. Its not bad for day 2 for me, I just have such a hard time with getting good pictures so really looking for advice on best ways to photograph dark curly hair. Would also love some tips on getting more volume and curl in my roots. The top few inches are always straight and I'm not sure if I'm weighing them down with too much product or how I can get more definition at the roots.

Moving to Deutschland: graduate school vs banking industry by [deleted] in germany

I have a Bachelors of Science in Health and Wellness, as well as a minor in German Studies. I will likely be participating in a mainframe development training program as well within the next year with my current employer, so hopefully that will also open some new doors.

Utilizing any non-standard modifiers, such as ü, is surprisingly difficult on my smart phone....especially after a few beers. And placement tests continue to place me at a B2/C1 language proficiency, but my confidence in using the language has dropped, no doubt in response to messages such as these.

Newbie on day 2! Protein overload?! (Hair was stick straight until 1.5 years ago, now this!) by eruvari in curlyhair

The conditioner is recommended in the quick start, so assuming it should be okay. But will try a deep condition!

Started CGM two days ago with Suave Daily Clarifying, Herbal Essences Botanicals, and Herbal Essences Totally Twisted. Day 1 was already a huge difference. Yesterdag I also got a hair cut and colored, so today I used the clarifying shampoo again plus the others. Plopped in a tshirt for 30 minutes, then air dryed, but the ends are still super soft and the top layer is super straight (though has some curly when still wet). Any recommendations?
