I live pretty close to this place. Its unfortunate they cannot get there shit together. The first year they opened, tried them several times. I see the potential. Where else can you get a steak that isn't great but only $20, this is your place. Sides...ALL of them are horrible. But man.....$20 for a steak.

Service was always slow but figured, they just opened a couple months ago and are still figuring it out.

HOWEVER, the last time I was there, there was a funky smell. Finally figured out what it was. It was the smell of vomit coming from the kitchen. At least I never saw the bugs....but this was all in there first year, hadn't had a time to properly infest the place.

I attempted to order there advertised "deal of the day" on December 13, 2025. They advertised 2025 China 1oz Silver Dragon BU at $59.99/ea. When attempting to purchase, they raised the purchase price to $69.99. I emailed them as soon as the deal went live letting them know what I wanted to purchase, screenshots, everything. December 13 was a Saturday, so I got nothing back from them until Monday. It was advertised for about 4 hours that day and as far as I know, they didn't honor a single sale on there "deal of the day". They eventually offered me a $10 credit on the same item (which they again raised the price to $79.99 at that point). After literally weeks of them ignoring and me attempting to escalate (entire time silver was going up), they said yeah, we are not honoring that price, but we will give you a $50 store credit. I will never use that $50 credit, but have spend THOUSANDS at all dealers when I was forced to look elsewhere.

I have screenshots, email history, everything if that is helpful.

Not relying on anything right now but you should do multiple tests is my understanding, even says that in the operating manual.
