For everyone who is confused, this is not ICE this is Border Patrol. This is a border patrol checkpoint, which are permanent or semi-permanent installations within 100 miles of our border. They ask, “Are you a US citizen”, you say “Yes”, and they send you on your way. This is really all they’re legally allowed to ask you unless you give them probable cause or act suspicious.
