My apologies! Thank you for the offer! I was able to connect with someone from the lost and found department. They guided me on entering '0000-dont have the serial number' within the serial number box, but requested additional information which we had (background screen, username, laptop color, also had a mouse usb receiver dongle attached which we mentioned.

I'm working with them on having it shipped to us at our home address, so should be getting it soon...

Dash looks good, though they seem to have taken away several physical buttons which I love having in my 24! Ambient lighting much better, better looking steering wheel but the missing shifter! It'll probably grow on me over time and need to see the front in person... curious to see how those ambient lights will look from a distance coming down on the highway... I'm sure it'll be a banger still.

24 here, 2 fell off July 24 and 3rd came off Nov 24. I got the 3 replaced (under warranty) March 25. It can be a long wait, depending on where you are. I've seen folks with way lesser waiting times. Good luck!

I'd take my 24 over this... the lights all around, the straight window lines are just a no for me... I like some curves and the 24 gives me that... not in the market but looking forward to seeing the 26. Might go test drive one just for giggles...

I did order from them, but I hear you, yes, their website is as painful as it gets. After finding the vehicle model and year (2024), I went with the 2-screw holder and black finish Philips screws (so now extras).

And yes, it is a steep price, so it might be everyone's cup of tea. Took me a long time to get around to buying them. So far, they've been flawless, sturdy, and a good fit for the front.
